WARRANTY INFORMATION

All our items come with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

SURFBOARDS All our surfboards are covered by a warranty according to the conditions detailed below:

  • Covers factory-origin material defects for 1 year (the respective brands will confirm if the warranty covers the defect). This warranty is only valid if accompanied by the purchase receipt stapled to this document.
  • This warranty does not cover:
    • Impact damage caused by misuse of the boards.
    • Breakages caused by impacts, falls, disasters, misuse, or improper maintenance.
    • Board breakages due to use in conditions beyond their design specifications.
    • Defects caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, hot water, and high temperatures, as well as leaving the board inside a car in the sun.
    • Damages that may result from improper use of the boards, including personal injury or property damage, do not imply any responsibility for the brand or our Customer Service.
    • Soul Surfboards is not responsible for defects in boards that are not approved by the Technical Service of the respective board brands.
    • This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser, losing validity if the board is sold second-hand.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the delivery date to return it (according to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002 of December 19). You only need to return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, tags, and instructions for use. In the case of an exchange, you will need to pay the shipping costs for the return and the new shipment.

It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return properly packaged. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Soul Surfboards will accept the return of the product and proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method used, and if applicable, send the new product:

  • If you paid by transfer, we will ask for an account number to transfer the amount. Note: You will receive the refund within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the returned product in our warehouse.

Please note that if you paid by credit card, your bank might not show the refund amount in your balance until the next month. In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, all shipping costs will be covered by Soul Surfboards. Please note that Soul Surfboards does not accept postage due shipments; contact us before making any exchange.

PRICE LIST

All prices listed for our products include taxes.

In the final purchase summary, the definitive price is shown, indicating the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes according to the shipping country. Concerning the Value Added Tax, the general rule is to apply the tax rate of 21% for the European Union territory where this tax is applicable. All companies belonging to EU countries except Spain are exempt from paying this tax. For sales to any other country in the world, VAT will not be charged, but the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges.

Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are considered non-EU territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from VAT (the costs of customs clearance and import taxes are not included in the item or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient of the merchandise).
