Returns and Refunds Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the delivery date to return it (according to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002 of December 19). You only need to return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, tags, and instructions for use. Additionally, in the case of an exchange, you will need to pay the shipping costs for the return and the new shipment.

It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return properly packaged. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Soul Surfboards will accept the return of the product and proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method used, and if applicable, send the new product:

  • If you paid by transfer, we will ask for an account number to transfer the amount. Note: You will receive the refund within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the returned product in our warehouse.

Please note that if you paid by credit card, your bank might not show the refund amount in your balance until the next month. In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, all shipping costs will be covered by Soul Surfboards.
